Oils and my own procuts are my hairs best friend
my hair goal length is bra strap length when curly.”

LindseyLoo003  adviced :A wide tooth shower comb seemed to work for for me on my 3a/b hair. I rinse my hair in the shower and start gently detangling and then wash with conditioner and comb it through to detangle. My hair was waaay easier to detangle afterwards when i was styling my hair. I also kept some conditoner (a tiny bit) in the length of my hair. Its really hard to detangle my hair if it dries even a little bit and using the shower comb first with conditioner really made it alot easier.”
yagurlbubblez  said detail:detangling in the shower will make a world of difference especially when you hair is getting thicker and thicker and growing as well. first just slather on some conditioner, gently detangle, keep in conditioner and only shampoo your scalp (your hair wont be dry). After this RINSE everything out. leave on some conditioner for a few minutes. as long as you want, you can use this time to wash your body once or twice. then slightly wet your hair again, detangle again and leave some conditioner on. This way your hair from root to tip is always conditioned at all times and never gets tangled. and then your done. this should work for you.”
Ketchup said:I agree with sectioning.

But wish to add that,The shampoo may play a part as earlier stated. Consider a more moisturizing shampoo with slip.
Elucence for example makes a great moisturizing shampoo that I could even detangle my hair with.
I only expect my hair to tangle when I'm using a clarifying shampoo.”
